Adds a behavioural assembly test for rank 12. It proves the real assembled CompletionResolver resolves a delivered turn after a listener throws. Inert and throwaway-resolver mutations both fail the new test. Test: mvn clean install (Tests run: 1893, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0; BUILD SUCCESS).
