Pass the Injector drop cause through TurnListener to CompletionResolver, so queued and in-flight sends report the real worker failure. On teardown, sweep every pending async ticket for the target, including sends parked on its session lock; keep ASKING tickets active. Tests: mvn clean install (677 tests, 0 failures, 0 errors).
