Fixes #150. The REST status endpoint now uses the exact deliverability predicate shared with the injector, so known leads report ready while absent members remain false. Tests: cd fleetd && mvn clean install (BUILD SUCCESS; Tests run: 971, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0).
