Unit B of CB-622 (gitea #126, epic #125) — documentation only.

Renames the eleven MCP tool names (bridge_ack/ask/list/poll/profiles/reply/send/spawn/status/stop/whoami) to their fleet_* names across 27 Markdown files (~165 occurrences).
fleet_* is written as the normal name. One deprecation note added to README.md: bridge_* still answers for one release and is deprecated.
docs/MCP-Contract.md is renamed only inside section 6 (lines 210-293). Sections 1-5 and 7-11 are stale pre-build design text (CB-609) and keep the old names on purpose, per lead decision in this unit's scope check.
Renames e2e/bridge_ask_transcript.md to e2e/fleet_ask_transcript.md to match its content. NOTE: e2e/bridge_ask_test.py:213 still writes the old filename — that .py belongs to another unit.
Not touched (owned elsewhere): CLAUDE.md, wiki/, plugin/skills/setup/SKILL.md, .claude/skills/port-to-opencode/SKILL.md, all non-Markdown files.

Verification: mvn clean install in bridged/ — Tests run: 874, Failures: 0, Errors: 0, Skipped: 0; BUILD SUCCESS. All changed Markdown files have balanced code fences.

untouched.
