Implements the CB-547a session-identity contract consumed by CB-548.

  • SpawnRequest gains sessionName + resumeSessionId (records a fresh 3-arg back-compat constructor).
  • PeerHandle gains sessionName()/agentSessionId() default methods (null by default).
  • Capability gains SESSION_NAME + SESSION_RESUME.
  • ClaudeCodeLauncher mints a UUID (--session-id -n) for a fresh spawn, or resumes (-r, no --session-id) and carries both on the returned handle's agentSessionId()+sessionName().
  • CompositePeerLauncher now forwards session identity when routing (small mechanical edit, not in the owned file list).

Tests: new ClaudeCodeLauncher tests for fresh mint/-n, resume -r/no---session-id, agentSessionId in both, and capabilities; full mvn clean install green (478 tests, 0 failures).
